Clifton Davis kftew DieticianAt SchreinerClifton H. Davis of San Antonio has joined the staff of Schreiner Institute as the school's dietitian, reports K. H. Junk in, registrar and business manager.For the past three years DuvU has been connected with the Driscol Hotel in Corpus Christi. Before and after Work I War II, however, he was employed in San Antonio at the St. Anthony, the Gunter, and the Monger Hotels.The Schreiner dietitian is a veteran of three years service in the U. S. Navy. Mr. and'Tdrs. Davis have two children—Hubert, 7, anil Deborah, 1. The Davises are members of Trinity Baptist Church in Kermlle.Serving in the temporary capacity as dietitian at Schreiner for the past few months has been Mrs. Emmett Ilenke of Kerr-ville.
