Fear, editor of the Trades Unionist and the Tabor day program being gotten out by a committee from the local Trades Assembly is said to be back of the affairAnnouncement of the special edition of the Missouri trades Unionist issaid to have been made before the J abor day committee started work on the official program. Mr. Fear has maintained that ha is publishing a eperial edition for J*ahor day, the same as is done by trade papers over the country, and denies that he has represented the edition as being authorized by the committee.Foley gave bond and will have a bearing the 'attar part of this month before .•ustice S.
