UrNUr, *4. 1, mtSteven Carey weds in Santa BarbaraSteven Kimball Carey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Carey, 2372 Knoxville Ave., Saturday, claimed Ann Whiteny as his bride in First Presbyterian Church of that city.The bride, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Leigh Dean Whitney of Santa Barbara chose a floor-lenglh frock of white dotted swiss.She was allended by her cousin, Mrs. David Calfce; Mrs. Stanton Charles Carey, sister-in-law of the bridegroom; and Margaret Hove.Stanton C. Carey served his brother as best man. Two brothers of the bride, Brian and Dean WhiLney; David Ritchie and Brian Boswell were ushers.Following a reception in the home of the bride, the newlyweds left for Shelter Island in San Diego.They will reside in Santa Barbara, where Mrs. Carey teaches in Montecito. The bridgeroom is attending graduate school at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
