Sisters’ Communities Conduct Annual Reception ofCandidates, Pronouncing Of Vows;Jubilees ObservedAt Mt. AlverniaWith Rev. Michael P. Boyle, pastor of St. Raphael’s Church, officiating as delegate of the Bishop of Pittsburgh, at ceremonies held at Mount Alvernia, Millvale, t n young women were investedin the habit of the Sisters of St. Francis last Wednesday, Aug. 10, and 22 Sisters pronounced their vows on Saturday, Aug. 13.Those invested in the religious habit on Wednesday were Rose Marie Jena, St. George’s Parish, in religion Sister M. Anne; Loretta Hochendonner, St. George’s, Sister M. Flt;licia; Loretta Weise, St. Wendelin's, Carrick, Sister M. Eleanora; Anna May Jahn, St.monies took plaoe at a privateMass in the convent chapel at 6:30 o’clock that morning and theprofession took place at Mass at 9:30 o’clock.The golden jubilarians are: Sister M. The anniversary cere-Two young women were invested in the habit of the community of the Sisters of the Holy Ghost, seven members of the order pronounced their perpetual vows andi eight made their first vows at a Solemn High Mass celebrated inthe rhapel of the motherhouse.West View, on the Feast of the Assumption bv Rev M.
