Kile on South Mainstreet.Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Nance, recently of El Centro are now located in Corona where Mr. Nance represents the Toledo Scales company. The family is located in the Hampton home on S. E. Grand boulevard.Mr. and Mrs. M. M. Nowles of this city who have been spending the past month at Sebastopol are now in Pehastin, Washington, where they plan to remain for two months before returninghome.Mrs. Fred MacGregor left today for Sacramento where as president of the local American Legion Auxiliary, she will attend the state conference of that body, to be held there August 19-22.After a several weeks' visit here with her daughter, Mrs. F. E. Snidecor, Mrs. Brewer left today for Los Angeles from where she will depart soon for her home in Walla Walla, Washington. A portion of her stay here was spent in the Snidecor beach cottage at Newport.John and Elmer Buzan were Riverside visitors Saturday night.Jarl S. All members and their families are invited to the affair. Supper will begin at 6:30 sharp but picnickers are asked to come early so that an hour of visiting may be enjoyed.The committee in charge will furnish table coverings, plates, napkins, coffee and sugar and cream. A ton of ice-cold watermelons will also be furnished.
