The various pieces that go to make it up are of such workmanship that they will appeal to any boy or girl.It was years ago that the collection of this valuable circus was started. Roger Oster, then a smallboy, was asked by his parents what he wanted for Christmas. He had been very much impressed by a circus which had visited the city and his reply was a circus. His parents immediately set about to supply this want and the first part of the circus was carved from wood and presented io him for a Christmas present. He was more than delighted with the gift and it kept him interested in thehome.Another Christmas rolled around, and again he asked that he be given an addition to his circus. Additions were made. From year to year, the request for additions to the circus was made and the ingenuity of the parents was taxed to the utmost in supplying some new feature for the wonderful collection that had been assembled. Not only their own children but other persons, both children and grown-ups, have looked forward to the Christmas time to see what the addition would be to the circus. It has in time become one of the most valuable collections of its kind in the city. The parade made by the various things in the collection extends more than sixty feet. There are thousands of Mansfield people who have never had the privilege of witnessing this most unique and valuable collection of things pertaining to a circus. Once they secure a view of them they will readily agree with all those who have seen it, that it is a real circus and one that is truly worth seeing. -i unniniTinn nr mnif) with Hip. tinmps lut'uI marmla frn*
