WILD WEST SHOW COMESHERE FOR STAND TOMORROWIn the midst of a blinding snow storm in the foothills of Montana a baby boy was born on the back of a wiry mustang. This was twenty-eight years ago, and today the baby that was born then is the fearless bronco buster and rough rider known as Montana Jack. He is the only rough rider who, while his mustang is in full gallop. crawls beneath the pony's stomach emerging on the other side and regaining his scat. This daring performance he perform twice a day with the Young Buffalo Wild West, which will arrive in Logansport next Friday, Aug., IS, for two performances. In adition to Montana Jack, the Young Buffalo show has on its roster the most famous cowboy performers in the country. There are also a number of cowgirls rough riders, chler among whom is Prairie Rose. While the Young Buffalo show pre-sous all that Is good in wild west life, including a tribe of Sioux Indians, a complete company of Mexicau •rurales and a troup of former United Slates cavalrymen, it has gone a step farther and secured for its performance a wonderful group of celebrities, including Annie Oakley, Fred Burns. Buffalo Vcmon and Ambrose Means the only man who has ever lassoed a lion in fact.Story of the Passing West In fact the rapidly passing Great West as it was found by the rough ? l and ready pioneers of a quarter 'of a century ago, has been perpetuated by this remarkable exhibition. Not only the daring riders of the plains, the wiry bronchos that meant so mucn to tbe early settlers, the Indians whom they found there, and even the wild bison they hunted, but the very atmosphere of the days when every man was a law unto himself has been depicted in this great $300.-000 production. -It was a privilege of but few men to go through that period and come out of it unscathed. But the now greater Young Buffalo Wild West, as it is being produced this year, gives every man, woman and child in America an opportunity to peep Into the pages of history and view events, not as pictured by artists or described by historians, bat as they actually occured. They may see the hunting of the savage bull buffalo, the lassoing of the animal by expert ropers, and. finally—the joy of every great hunter —the dragging of the trophies of the hunt into camp.Annie Oakley, Peerless Shot Not the least important feature of the wonderful exhibition Is Annie Oakley, the peerless rifle shot whose wprk has made, her a worldwide reputation. No. woman ever lived who hasaccomplished wnit Miss Oakley has. No woman ever braved the perils faced by this young woman on the plains as dauntiessly as any of tbe daredevil cowboys who were her only companions. The Lion LassoerAlmost as famous, although In an entirely different field' of adventure,’ is Ambrose Means, the lion lassoer of Africa, who followed former President Roosevelt into the dark continent. As a guide Ambrose Means has earned tbe reputation of being the most daring hunter of the king of beasts who ever bagged a Hon.But all of the energies of theYoung Buffalo# show have not beenexpended in securing these stars. In fact, they have added to the galaxy already mentioned by securing Captain A. H. Bogardus, Buffalo Vernon and a score of other equally famous wild west performers.“Salome Jane's” Band There is the wonderful wild west girl’s band, known as Salome Jane’s Musicians,’ the famous Indian chief. Hawke Eye, who heads his own tribe, a great groupe of women bronchoFor Eczema. Patient’s Wristand Shin Itched Like Poison. Scratched Until They Bled. Says: “ Cuticura Soap and Ointment Cured Me.”Four years ago 1 had places break out on my wrist and on my shin which would Itch and bum by spells, and scratching them would not seem to give any relief. When the trouble first began, my wrist and shin itched like po!«on. I would scratch tho*e places until they would bleed before I could get any relief. Afterwards the places would scale over, and the flesh underneath would look red and feverish. Sometimes it would begin to itch until It would waken me from my sleep, and I would have to go through the scratching ordeal again.I consulted our physician in regard to It. and he pronounced it dry eczema. I used an ointment which the doctor gave me. but it did no good. Then he advised me to try the Cuticura Remedies. As this trouble has been in our family for years, and is considered hereditary. I felt anxious to try to head it off. I got the Cuticura Soap. Ointment and PMs. and they seemed to be just what I needed. The disease was making great headway on my system until I got the Cuticura Remedies which have cleared my skin of the great pest. From the time the eczema healed four years ago. until now. I have never felt any of its pest, and I am thankful to the Cuticura Soap and Ointment which certainly cured me. 1 al«ays use the'Cuticura Soap for toilet, and 1 hope other sufferers from skin diseases will use the Cuticura Soap and Ointment.
