—A.bout a year ago a oertainy oung man from Canaan came to Winsted and hired a team and driver of Hartnett, to take himself and young lady to New Hartford. They pat up at the New Hartford House where they registered as man aud wife from Copake, Columbia County, N. Y. Sunday the same parties, both of whom now reside in Win-sted, hired a horse at the same place, and again went to New Hartford, a* before. They were driven to the New Hartford House, where they spent the night and returned on the train Monday morning.
