HUBBARD NEWS, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 16,1989 PAGE SLesick family gathers for reunion picnicHUBBARD — The 11 children of Mary and Frank Lesick Sr. met for a picnic dinner at the Centennial Park in Salem with 70 in attendance.Traveling the farthest was Anne Luce and family from California. Guests also attended from Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, Arizona andGeorgia.The oldest attending was Steve Lesick and the youngest was Andrew Sox.Highlight of the afternoon was the celebration of the marriage of John Lesick and Mary Ann Jakubko.Following an authentic Ukrainian meal the adults Dlaved volley ballwith Evelyn Welton as champion. The children were entertained with games and prizes, led by Billie Sox and Chemie Sox.Family members include Steve, Frank, and Nancy Ritchie of Salem; John and Mary Jane Doberstyn'of Cleveland; Julia Rischka of Vienna, Helen Sox of Hubbard, Anne Luce of California, and Evelyn Walton of Andover. The family includes 38 grandchildren and 35 greatgrandchildren.Deceased are Mike and William I^esick of Salem.This gala event wil; be updated in two years.
