Farnham of Cass, asking possession of nine-year-old Robert Baty, a nephew of the plaintiffs and i the grandson of th* defendant. I !During the February term of the' 1 circuit court Maurice and Pearl May ; Baty were granted the custody of thef .child’s father, mother and his broth- Jboy, Robert Bady on adoption. The 1 brothers and sister* died during the ^ influenza epidemic last fall and the grandparents took the boy into their; home. | 1They fought the case desiring to. 1adopt the child themselves.
