Scheme Won’t Be.Carried OutPortland, Me., Aug. H.—The Peaka Island Bailway company, which had for its project the construction of a trolley road aronnd the shores of the chief island in Portland harbor and the erection of a large summer hotel there, met at Boston yesterday and voted to dissolve, refunding all money that has been paid In, after paying expenses.
