SHE NAMED IT “ROSKBLD -This is Miss Sallie Mullins. who. oh . young lady, suggested Rosebud as the name of this city. The town had been called Morman'. but the post office department would not allow that because another place had the same name. Miss Mullins later became Mrs. John Albert Tarver Sr.. hut died at the age of 25. This photo was furnished by Mrs. John Albert Tarver Jr.. who tells that this photo is one of the treasured keepsakes of the family.
