BICENTENNIAL NIGHT — Marilyn Silber Berman, of Bex*man’s Newstand in Chester, appears to be winning all the money during Delaware County Bicentennial Night at Brandywine Raceway Tuesday night. Actually, king-sized “money” was phony $20-dollar bills promoting Marcus Hook• T • * *Night at the raceway on Aug, 17 and distributed by Marcus Hook Mayor Joseph Saltziiian. Sharing in festivities were Chester Mayor John H, Nacrelli (second from left) and Judge Robert A, Wright who presented trophy to Skipjack, winner of sixth-race named in honor of Bicentennial Committee.
