Like many others, old and young, Emily Orlovsky, said she never tires of hearing the ageless merry-go-round music. She also said she enjoys looking at the flowers. The lifelong resident of Racine has been going to the fair “for quite a few years.” She now resides at High Ridge Hospitals, at the Sunny Rest division.
