Winner of the national title will receive a 1975 Dodge Dart, a $1,000 wardrobe, a trip to Hollywood and an opportunity to appear on ABC TV's “General Hospital.” Contestants from the area are Jill Ziske. 16. 317 N. Contestants are judged on poise, personality, leadership, scholastic achievement, community service and face and figure.
