Malt Disney will build a fan* tasljic exhibit at the New York World’s Fair of 1964-63. He plans to call it One Nation Under Goc.”It will be a 27-minute, livc-action film dramatizing significant episodes in U.S. history, linked together with off-screen narration, and displayed not onlj on screens about the theatrebut by life-sized, life-like figures.For example, when Lincoln debates Douglas, you'll see a stakling image of him rise from his chair, start into his speech, answer taunts from the crowd.Tjhe exhibit will be housed and shown in two theatres, each with l,2y0 seats. Some 4,800 persons can! see it each hour, 67,000 perdajthe, 20,000,000 during the run of fair.
