M., lying about one mile from Swainsboro, adjoining lands of Matthew Overstreet and others: Levied on as the property of Henry Overstreet to satisfy sundry fi fas iu favor of Win. Rountree, and pointed out by Plaintiff.Also 250 acres of Pine Land, lying on the waters of Canoochee, adjoining Richard Sumner and Henry Scott: Levied on as the property of Jesse P. Scott, in favor of W. W. Kennedy. Property pointed out by Defendant.Also, one tract containing 1,000 acres of land, lying on Baker's Branch.adjoining Welcome Bab-nan. Levied on as the property of Green B. Spence to satisfy five fi fas, in favor oi Felix I Koseuburg. Property pointed out by Defendant.Also one tract containing 150 acres, more or less, lying on Swain Mill Creek adjoining AC. Sumner. One other tract containing 300 acres, more or less, lyiugcn Canoochee, adjoining J. A. Rich. One other tract containing 600 acres, lying on Granda Creek,adjoining J. H. Edenfield. Also, one Sorrel Mare and colt. All levied on as the property of A. E. Wiggins to satisfy sundry fi fas in favor of the estate of P. B. Connely and others Property pointed out by A. E. Wiggins, Defendant.Also, one tract containing 50 acres, lying on Neels Creek, near the line of the 55th and 56th District of said county, adjoining lands ofWm. Hart and others. One other tract containing54 acres. Property pointed out by the defendant. Levied on to satisfy sundry fi fas in favor of B. L. W. Knell and others. Levied on and returned to me by a Constable.Also, one other tract containg 300 acres, lying on Swaine's Creek, adjoining lands of W. Holder and others, to satisfy sundry fi fas issued from a Justices Court, in favor of James Sumner and others. Pioperty pointed out by A. E. Wiggins, Security. Levied on and returned to me by a Constable.Also, one other tract, containing 25 acres, with a Mill thereon, lying on the waters of the Ohoopee, adjoining Spencer Young, Bland and others, as the property of Reuben Cnri, in favor of A. C. Rich and others, lying on the waters of Canooehee, the place whereonIrvin Kirkland now lives ; levied on as the property of Irvin Kirkland, to satisfv sundry fi fas. issued from justice Court of the 53d district, in favor of Matthew Overstreet and others; also, 125 acres, lying in the fork of Canoochee. Levied on and returned to me by aeon-stable.Also, another tract of land containing 300 acres, more or less, lying on the waters of Canoochee, adjoining J. E. Rich and others, known as the place whereon the defendant now lives; also, 125 acres, in the fork of the creek.
