Plans for the opening faceting on September 16 of the Amarillo Little Theatre were made at a called meeting at the home of Mrs. C*. M. Holt,president, Thursday afternoon.Mrs. James R. Tolbert was elected Tice-president, Mrs. 0. Keen, secretary and Miss Bernice Sauer, treasurer. 'Mrs. W. H. Wheeler, Mrs. E. H.Gipson and Miss Mary Belle Cooperwere elected as play directors. Miss Cooper received her degree from Mar-! jorie Webster College at Washington, D. C. last June and will open a dramatic studio here next falL vThe Little Theatre will meet on the] third Tuesdays of each month. An- j liouncements will be made in regard j to each of the programs.A tea is being planned for an early) fall entertainment with Miss Carrie Lee Mathers in charge. jMrs. Avon Steed is chairman of the membership committee.
