Mrs. Wm. Paylor of Glenelg returned by the C. P. R. noon trainyesterday, after enjoying a pleasant visit since the 20th of June. ■ with her brothers and sisters in the State of Minnesota. Mrs. Paylor is a daughter of the late James Falkingham, and the brothers visited were William, George, and James Falkingham. all of Granite Falls; the sisters were Mrs. Blado (Ann), of Hal-lock, and Mrs. Miller (Mary), of Echo. All are in Minnesota and have resided there for the past 19 years. On her return home, Mrs. Paylor left Prairie Falls on Monday at 11 o’clock, a.m. She changed ed at Minneapolis, where she had to wait about 20 minutes, but tomake connections with the C.P.R. . at Sault Ste. Marie she had to wait ; over three hours, but made no ^ further changes till arriving at Bolton, where she waited an hour for the train home. The whole trip ^ including delays, did not exceed 50 hours, which seems to us to be good time for the distance tra\ -elled. Mrs. Paylor tells us the train passed through consid* rai le f bush fire coming east from the • Soo. She reports her relatives pi well, and she enjoyed the trip and the visit immensely. .
