Va. for the annual Baltimore and Ohio picnic. The all-day affair is sponsored by the railroad's Veterans Association.Henry W. Bloss. Beall Street, whois general chairman, said last nightplans for the picnic are completed.Games will be held with a merry-go-round, swings, sliding boards and other amusements availablefor the children.The special will leave Keyser at 8:40 a. m. (DST), Piedmont at 8:50 m. (DST), Mt. Lake Park atP.9:40 p. m. (DST) and Oakland at 9:45 p. m. (DST). Many of the veterans and families will bring their own basket lunch and provisions have been made for a dinner to be served on the grounds at12 noon. Supper is planned for 5:30p. m.
