Spencer entertained on Thursday the following friends from Fort Wayne, who motored down to the Spencer home: Mr. and Mrs, Isaac Miller, Mrs.Henry Miller and son, Morris, Mrs. William Waltemath and son, Charles.Mr. and Mrs. Will Clark and sons, Herbert and Clyde, left yesterday for their home in Selma, after a visit of a week with Mr. Clark's parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Clark.A twilight service will be held next Sunday evening on the Presbyterian church lawn/at 6:45 and the meeting will be in charge of Rev. J. W. lower, of the U. B. church.Postmaster Harry Hunter has purchased the Clint Parkinson cottage, on South Jefferson street, and will move into it as soon as Mr. Parkinson gets located in his new residence.Dr. ancl Mrs. A. H. Stoker, Dr. Stoker’s mother, Mrs. Stoker, of Findlay, O., and W. H. Rupright motored Friday to Findlay, 0., to take the doctor's mother home. Mr. Rupright went as far as Bluffton, 0., to visit friends until Ur. Stoker's return trip in the eren-in**.Miss Dorothy Spencer has returned from a Visit in the home of Mr. and Mtb. Scott Koons, of Cowan.Rev. and Mrs. Frank K. Baker and sons, Frank and Robert, will leave Monday in their auto for Winona lake, where they will spend the month of August, which is Rev.
