THE DETROIT Lakes JuniorChamber of Commerce has gone on record as favoring (of all things) dignity in its bathing beauty contest to be staged at the Northwest water carnival June 27-29.No more will contestants trod the walk clad in the customary bathing beach scanties. This summer, vow the Jaycees, they’ll be dressed informal attire.
