Mr. Dangler opposed action on the position that it was a nrivate business enterprise Mr. Strobe' took ttie saute ground, while Solicitor Young held that the action offormer councils entitled Mr. Porter to attention from this. Mr, Leu moved,and it was agreed to, that the matter of locating supply hydrants for street Hprinklers he referred to the committee on water with power to act.
