Supposed Drowning while Drunk.Keokuk, April 26.—Harvey Long, a printer, and a German musician named Wagner, while returning from Warsaw o this city, drove over an embankment into the river and Wagner and the horse were drowned. Both parties were drunk.Keokuk, April 28.—Carl Wagner, supposed to have been drowned between Keokuk nud Warsaw Monday night, returned to the city yesterday morning. He does not appear to haveanv distinct recollection of where and•/ ,how he passed the night. The buggy was recovered from the water.
