Monday night 1 here was a concert of sacred music at the church. Mr. Brereton was at the organ, anil a lengthy programme of choice selections well sung entertained an audience which was numerous notwithstanding the threatening weather. The singers were Miss Jennie Whitaker, Miss Lucy Randolph and Mrs. John Hopkins; Mr. Layton, Mr. Huntington, aud Messrs. Henry Bernreuter, Julius Ball, John T. Bradford and John Ilopkius. At the conclusion a collection was taken up lor the lenetit of the organ fund, and a handsome sum realized.
