Mrs. William R. Berlin was given an agreeable surprise Sunday by her relatives, celebrating her birthday. Thursday was her birthday but the family gathered Sunday at the Berlin hotel after cleverly decoying her away and spread a big dinner in her honor. A long table was arranged in the large dining room which was laden with good things to eat. Mrs. Berlin was very much surprised but snjoyed the day immensely. Those present were: J. G. Sims and wife, Charles Pipes and wife, Sherman Bogges and family, Homer Hawkins *nd wife, Roscoe Hollon and wife, Charles Hollon and wife, Harley Cray and family, Seward Gray and i.fe, Harry Ackeridge . and wife,! Wrs. Gus Morton and Mrs. Amanda!
