The scenes move swiftly in showing the acquisition of the treasurechart by young JimUIawkins. his hiding away on the vessel as a stowaway, the mutiny, fight with the pirates and final success of the search for the hidden gold.Shirley Mason has the role of Jim and makes a charming youth, Ron Chaney is merry as Pew. Charley Ogle gives an excellent portrayal of Long John Silver. It is a Paramount-Artcraft picture well worth the attention of everybody.
