$90,000 ESTATE LEFT TOIN FEEWILL OF W. E. USHER ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN CIRCUIT COURT HERE THIS AFTERNOON.(From Tuesday’s Dally.)The will of the late William E. Lisher, of VanBuren township, was admitted to probate m circuit courthere this afternoon. The entire estate having a value of $50,000, ormore, is left by the will to the widow, Mrs. Effie C. Lisher, and she will qualify as the executrix. A. E. Lisher, the attorney, a brother af the decedent, was named as executor, but did not care to serve. Mr. Lisher left four children, two sons and two daughters.The will was written August 10,1916, and the witnesses were A. E. Lisher and Wilbur E. Blackburn.The estate includes 240 acres of land in VanBuren township, but this was held by Mr. and Mrs. Lisher jointly; a residence property in Morristown, some property in California, $3,000 in cash and some life insurance with the Modern Woodmen and the Equitable life.Two New Suits.Two new suits were filed in circuit court today. In one of them Mille-son Co., represented by Attorney A. E. Lisher, makes a demand of $200 against Flora J. Carson and others on an account and asks for the foreclosure of a mechanic’s lien. In the other case Joseph Neyer is demanding $225 of Robert C. Schem-mel and others, and is asking for the foreclosure of a mechanic’s lien. Carter, Hall, Williams Pell representthe plaintiff.Case Dismissed.The case in which Valentine Bach-Aman had sued Harry E. Harrell on an account and check, has been dis- j missed by the plaintiff and the costs paid.Order of Sale.An order for the sale of the real estate was issued in circuit ocurt today in the suit for the settlemen: of the estate of the late Hannah L. Kim-berling, the case being that of Ze-rilla Kimberling and others vs. Hadley S. Kimberling and others. The real estate consists of fourteen acres of land and a residence property in Norristown. Wilbur W. Israel was named commissioner of sale.
