The work of improving Riverside Park was begun ia earnest yesterday and will -bo pushed as rapidly as possible. Weldon Webster who has taker, tne contract of building the park expects to do the necessary filling and preliminary work this summer. Court park has been soddedand planted and the work of oaringwill be begun shortly.
