LEGION TO HOLD BRIDGE TOURNEYFire South Side Teams in PlayThis EYettingThis evening at 8 o'clock the first annual team of fours bridge tournament of Cook County AmericanLegion posts will sret under wav in the Sherman hotel with five South side teams participating.Four teams will be selected in tonight s play for the finals to be held Wednesday evening, May 8. in the Sher-man hotel, it was announced bv George J. Wahl. Jr. of the Beverly Hills post, who is Cook County Legion bridge chairman and who is in charge of the tournament.Phil Spink of the Beverly Hills post, which is entering four teams in the tourney, is bridge chairman of the Fourth district. South Shore post of the Legion will be represented by one team in the competition.The Beverly Hills teams have been preparing for the tournament by interpost competition with teams of the La Grange. Park Ridge. Advertising Mens, Western Springs and Homewood posts of the Legion.GEORGE J. WAHL. JR.
