Harold, Negro, about 40, of 2548 Piedmont road, was killed Jate Saturday night whan he was struck by a train at the Morri* street railroad crossing.Following an investigation, Coroner James E. Roberta returned'a tentative verdict of accidental death. He said Mr. Harold’s body was severed In the middle.Lieutenant W. R. Laey, of the city police, said that Harold left a package containing several articles at a store and then sat on the tracks, evidently waiting for hi* wife.Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Gertrude Harold, and two children.The body was removed to the Harden and Harden mortuary.
