Hnte, 79 years old, of Miami, died at tha home of hia soa ClaytonHeare, Shamrock attorney, where ha had been for the last two weeks, at 5 o'clock this afternoon.Judge Ilearue enjoyed some unusual distinctions in the Panhandle. Ho tried the first law suit ever held in Gray county and since' he moved' to Miami in 1900 has sold more them 1,000,000 acres of Panhandle land. Hoalso was attorney for the Santa Po railroad for a paft of that time.He is survived, by a widow and four children,Joe L., if Taheka; Dr. L. C., of Port Arthur; Clayton of Sham* rock, and Mrs. Qaaco' MeCaiston of Malsal; a brother, F. P., of Moboetle, and a sister, Mrs. C. Griffiths of Pehster, Texas.Funeral services will be held un* dor the direction bf the Masonic lodge at Miami at 9 'o'clock Tuesday afternoon.
