Oicar Irwin, Weis Known Negro, DiesAlbany-Decatur Daily. I (tecaf Irwin, one of the* V ' ,beal known negroes in Decatur, and for many years a Barber on Bank street, died yeaferday afternoon. He was borfc in Lawrence County, and was reared by the Irwin family. He came to Decatur ia 1903 and has conducted a barber *hop here since that tixa*.He has one son and one daughter, the son, Council,jftow being in France with Che American forces. A large Tuimber of tloral designs from white friends Jshowedthe esteem in which he was heJd by them.
