Inc., of Raleigh, N.C., has bought San Antonio radio stations KMAC-AM and KISS-FM for $4.65 million, it has beenannounced.The sale was jointly announced Monday by Capitol President James F. Goodmon and Maidell Davis, whose late husband, Howard W. Davis, had owned and operated the stations since 1938.The sale is subject to approval by the Federal CommunicationsCommission.KMAC is a 5,000-watt, fulltime AM station that features sports, religous music and news. KISS is a 100.000-watt, album-oriented music station.
