The Lewis Baxter grocery on west Second street, in the Metzger block, is now under a new name, Baxter Kies, Henry Kies, of Spencerville, having bought a half interest in the business. Mr. Kies took charge as a partner Monday morning. The new member of the firm has been seeking for several years to get into business in Del-phos, recognizing that this town is one of the very best 011 /earth. Mr. Kies was a school teacher for twenty years.
