Winners NamedThe Swinging Sensations of Kannapolis won first prize of $75 in the Jaycee-sponsored Battle of the Bands at A. L. Brown High Saturday night.Birds of a Feather from ChinaGrove won second prize ot $25.Rated the “most talented” were the Super Sonics of Kannapolis.The Swinging Sensations will compete in the state Battle of the Bands this summer.
