Mrs. Cook read the minutes of the previous meeting. Mrs. Frank Clift, jh the leader, then took charge of the j program and read the “Bible Study/* ul! which had been assigned to Mrs. I. W. Waughop who was absent. The opening song was “Reapers for the _. Harvest, followed by the Lord’s t- Prayer. Mrs. Stickel told of the id Bible in Latin America. Mrs. S. L.le vsy,Y-*i1Idslidt,Ite-1-Clift recited “Two Soul-Sides which was much appreciated. Mrs. Carpenter gave a talk on the Mission in Monterey, Mexico. Mrs. Phillips played a touching violin solo with Mrs. Cook accompanist. “The Hidden Answers, a very interesting part of every program, was given by Mrs. Frank Wood and Mrs. J. O. Winship. Each responded to roll le call by naming a missionary.The society now numbers 21. The meeting closed with singing “Blest be the Tie That Binds and the[n’slefs: Benediction. Mrs. Stickel and Mrs.di.Wood served chocolate, cake, fruit salad and whipped cream.
