Past resident hired by health boardDel Bilotti. a former Stevens Point resident living In Manitowoc, has been hired asthe first counselor for chemical dependents for the Unified Health Board in Manitowoc.She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Perlak, 416 Walker St.Ms. Bilotti is a recent graduate of DePauI Rehabilitation Hospital, Milwaukee, and was a student at the Midwest Institute of Alcoholic Studies. Toledo, Ohio, in 1974. During the past three vears she has received con* tinuing education certification from a number of institutions.
