Mr. Paul StanfieldClaimed by DeathNews of the death of Mr. Paul Sanfield of Macon was received here Monday.Mr. Stanfield was bom and reared in Americus, where he was prominently connected and had hundreds of friends there and over the |£ate. For a )number of years he has been cferk of the Recorders Court in Macon. Funeral and interment took place in Americus Tuesday afternoon,-Mr. Stanfield is sui'Vived Iby his widow, who was Miss Mildred Johnson of Macon. One sister, Mrs. JR. P. Brooks of Jacksonville, Fla. He was a son of the late Chas. F. Stanfield (and Mrs. Rosa Nelms Stanfield of Americus.Well Known HereMr. Stanfield was well known in Leesburg , where he had many friends.He was :a nephew of the late Mrs. James Salter and with his sister then Miss Undine Stanfield, ferquently visited here. They were exceedingly popular with the younger set at that time and both were social Jfavorites.
