FLUTES A-TOOTING AND HANDS A-CLAPPING, more than 2000 Philadelphia hippies gathered near the Robin Hood Dell in Fairmount Park at yesterday’s “Be-in.” While a folk-rock band blared electrical prunesounds around the heads of dozens of incredulous Park Guards, the essembled multitudes of gentle people danced, sang, ate, played with bananas, and generally had a happy time.
