The de-► . • *votionals were conducted by Mrs. W. V. Burus and the lesson study.*• #' * *4 Christian Americanization** waa led by Mr.?. C. P. Day. Mrs. Day’sfsubjcct' wps “Maintaining a Na-j tions. Moral.”. She was assisted• by Mrs. S U' Holme* whose sub* j«ct was, Wayside Democracy.” Mrs. Willis rcrcau saw: two vo**cal tiolos which were rendered very beautifully. The treasurer | gave av partial report of the flnan-jces which were very (ratifying. Tho membership committee re* ported the names of four new ; members. Mrs. M. Lister. Mrs* Ira Fuller. Mrs. Fred Childs and Mrs.ji \ William Roe. A report was also given from the “Home Guards** * and tiie ‘‘Jewel Band*** which was very interesting. At the close oftheafternoon the hostess serveddainty refreshments.
