GIBSON VILLK— Mr. Kddie Ii?e “Lizard” Singleton, 58, of 708 Slade St., Apt. H4, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at I lospice Home.He was the son of Harvey Lee Singleton and Julia Mae Gant Singleton, both deceased, and the husband of linda Sue Booker Singleton, who survives. He was alsopreceded in death by two sisters.In addition to his wife of thehome he is survived by threedaughters, Cassandra Booker of GibsonviUe, Alethea Jones (liirry) of Rocky Mount, Sarah Graves of Burlington; four brothers, David (Dorothy), Ricky (Vanessa) Singleton,all of Greensboro, Robert Singleton (Cathy) of Browns Summit and Rudolph Singleton (Sandra) of Sedalia; two sisters, Evelyn and Faye Singleton, both of Greensboro; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a hostand friends.His funeral service will be held Monday, April 15, 2013 at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church. 221 Piedmont Avenue, GibsonviUe with Pastor Jim Upchurch presiding and the Rev. Annette Dickens delivering the eulogy.
