Party Honors Stockton ManFriends, Relatives Convone In Honor of Fred Kappc .er; Cards Played*Stockton — Mr. and Mrs. Ed j Kappeler entertained a group of relatives and friends Tuesday evening in honor of Mr. Kappeler who celebrated his birthday. Luncheon was served during the evening and the time spent at cards. Honors in 500 went to Miss Louisa Petersen, Mrs. William Kappeler, Mrs. Roy Egel. Henry Bangert, Genevieve Korthaus and draw prize to Bernice Korthaus. Guests included Mr. and Mrs. Wrilliam Kappeler, daughter Roberta, son Junior, Mr. and Mrs. Prank Kappeler sons, Robert and Wayne, Mr. •and Mrs. Henry Bangert, son Wayne, daughter Ruth, Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Korthaus, daughters Genevieve, Bernice, eon Or-; ville, Mr. and Mrs. Hoy Egcl, ' daughters Farrine, Nelda and! Janice Rose, Mr. and Mrs. Herman j Untiedt, sons. Herbert and Allan, j Mr. and Mrs. Frank Petersen, 1 daughter Louisa. Mr. and Mrs. [ Charles Gimm ar.d children, and j Rudolph Relmers.Louis Suhl ha3 sold the Palace theater and dance hall in Durant to Frank Kappeler, fanner of Stockton, rural route No. 1.
