tey.(i-xsin3 Seek S13 JOIn Dramshop Suitcts-A-Three plaintiffs have entered a lawsuit in Circuit Court asking a total judgment of $13,250 against Norma Ford and Henry Branhof, Josephine Giovando and Louis Giovando, operators of two taverns.The lawsuit asks the amount from the defendants in five counts which claim personal injuries and car damage.Lloyd C. Lucbbe, Mary Rusty, Henry Procter Crow are the plaintiffs asking $7,500, $5,000 and $750, respectively, from the above named operators of Norma's Tavern, on State Route 111, Granite City, and Alibi Lounge, 904 Collinsville Rd.,; Collinsville.The claim is that the two taverns sold intoxicating liquor to a Marvm Rose on June 13, 1960, causing his car to collide with the Crow car on U.S. Highway 40,causing personal injuries to theplaintiffs and damage to the vehicle.
