PASTORATEResigned by the Rev. U. G. Sutherlin.The Rev. U. G. Sutherlin, pastor of the Park Christian church for the past two or more years,- has tendered his resignation to the church board to take effect at any time within the next three months During his pastorate Mr. Sutherlin has been very successful in his work as is evidenced by the addition of one hundred and fonrteen to the mem bership and the clearance of the entire indebtedness of the church.Mr. Sutherlin contemplates entering into the evangelistio field but will continue to reside in this city. He has had a desire to engage in this class of work for several years and he will retire from the pastorate of the Park Christian church with the good will and beet wishes of the entire congregation.No steps have yet been taken by the congregation to secure a successor to Mr. Sutherlin.
