MASSILLON CANAL LANDBill Authorizing Its Sale Introducedat Columbus.Senator Wilhelm, of Stark county, on Tuesday introduced a bill at Columbus authorizing the sale of a strip of canal property in this city between the canal and Erie street and south of lot No. 33H. This atrip is doubtless that over which U. N. Porter's stand is now located. It would be of value to anyone contemplating the erection of a building on the vacant lot at the corner of Tremont and Erie streets, which is owned by J. W. MoClymouds. Mr. MoOlymonda has declined to make auy statements concerning the future of his property at thispoint.
