Cadets Hear Jethro Tull Concert At Keil AuditoriumBy JolyOn Saturday night, April 3, forty-two cadets went to St. Louis to a Rock Concert at Keil Auditorium featuring Jethro Tull, an Lnglish quintet, named after an 18th Century agronomist who invented a mechanical seed drill and * was accused once of plagiarism. Special guest stars included Procol Harum and Curved Air.The group is noted for the extraordinary pianist, Ian Anderson, who dresses like the original pied piper and plays standing on one leg, swinging the other leg to the music and rolling his eyes. When the cadets arrived, the group, “Curved Air”, was on the stage. Then Procol Harum came% on until an intermission. At10:45 Jethro Tull musicians appeared and performed to the best of their ability. All of the cadets enjoyed the concert very much, and they wish to thank Col. Jackson and Maj. Timmons for giving permission for the trip and Steve Pero-lio for his supervision. The cadets hope to attend another concert on April 30.
