MOTION PICTURE THEATER TOBE REPLACED*New Playhouse Will Cover Ground OnWhich Nease and Benedict Bar-*bershops Formerly Stood. *The parts of the Tyre building on South Lebanon street which were not wrecked by the fire which destroyed the Olympic theater in January are now rapidly being torn down to give place to the new structure, which Mr. Tyre will construct Everything but the rear wall of the old theater building will be razed, *that portion to be used in the construction of the new structure. Elmer Vanarsdall has received the contract for the brick work and James L. Stewart is the contracting carpenter. The building will have a front of two stories in height. 'The auditorium of the playhouse will be one story high. The theater will have a spacious lobby and accessory rooms on each side of the same. It is planned to make the building fire proof in every way possible.
