George claims that his wife is in the habit of going away and living with other men at intervals, returning to him whenever she takes a notion, and he does not feel that he should be required to support her. It is charged that for two or three years Mrs. Collier made her home with another man in Chicago, returning to her lawful husband last fall when deserted by her paramour. The indulgent George took her and the children in and they lived together until Feb. 1, when, she charges, he left her without just cause or provocation and has since failed to provide for her or the children.Mrs. Collier gained considerable notoriety a short time ago by the Atwood escapade in which she figured.It is charged that she had been living with Walter Atwood in a wood-cbop-pers cabin near Waterford for sev- ^ eral weeks, after Atwood had been a ordered by the police to leave the c] city, and it 4s claimed that the couple j finally went away together, taking a t| horse and buggy belonging to Dick n Purvis.
