It is presented by Concerts West of Dallas.Grand Funk is the fastest selling rock group in America. They have had four albums certified as million sellers.Produced by Detroit's Terry Knight, Grand Funk Railroad hails from Flint, Michigan. Theyhave played in the most respected concert halls around the country and last December, sold out at Madison Square Garden in New York which has a seating capacity of over 20.000.According to a nationwide reader's poll taken by the New York Daily News, Grand Funk took 75 per cent of the vote. They are most known for I'm Your Captain, on their Closer to Home album.Bloodrock-the hit rock group, will be playing with Grand Funk Railroad in the El Paso County Coliseum starting at 8 p.m. Friday. Bloodrock's recent hit, “DOA ” was banned from the air by the Federal Communications Commission regulation.
